Please read the following information carefully to ensure a smooth appointment.

Braiding hair is NOW included

1. Securing Your Appointment
A £10 non-refundable deposit is required via bank transfer within 24 hours of booking.
Failure to send the deposit within this time will result in automatic cancellation of your appointment.

Please send a screenshot of payment once completed.

2. Payment on the Day
Your remaining balance will be:
Total price – £10 deposit

Payment can be made via cash or bank transfer on the day of your appointment.

3. Preparing for Your Appointment
To achieve the best results, please ensure the following before arrival:

• Hair must be washed and fully detangled (washing services are not provided).
• Hair should be blow-dried as straight as possible.
– If you are unable to do this, a full blow-out from natural state will be charged at £10.
• Do not apply any oils or grease to your hair before your appointment, as this affects the braiding process and final results.
Please note: Oils will be applied after your appointment using products from the HWV Hair Oil Collection.

4. After-Hours Appointments
Appointments scheduled after 7:30 PM will incur an additional £10 after-hours fee.

5. Hair Extensions
Braiding hair is included in all services in the following colours only:
1, 1B, 2, and 4

Any additional colours must be requested at least 72 hours before your appointment to allow time to source the correct shade.

Please message in advance if you require this and clearly state your desired colour.

6. Boho / Goddess Braids
• Curly hair is NOT provided for this style.
• Recommended hair: Premium 100% Human Hair only
• Synthetic hair is not accepted for this service.
