1. Securing Your Appointment
A £10 non-refundable deposit is required via bank transfer within 24 hours of booking. Failure to send the deposit will result in cancellation. Please send a payment screenshot once completed.
Payment options: PayPal | Bank Transfer (details sent after booking)

2. Payment on the Day
Remaining balance = Total price – £10 deposit
Payment accepted via cash or bank transfer.

3. Preparing for Your Appointment
• Hair must be washed and fully detangled (no washing services).
• Hair must be blow-dried as straight as possible.
– Full blow-out from natural state: £10.
• Do not apply oils or grease before your appointment.

Oils will be applied after your service from the Hair Within Hair Oil Collection.

4. After-Hours Appointments
Appointments scheduled after 7:30 PM incur a £10 after-hours fee.

5. Hair Extensions
Braiding hair is included in colours 1, 1B, 2, 4 only.
Additional colours must be requested 72 hours in advance.

6. Boho / Goddess Braids
• Curly hair not provided
• 100% human hair only (no synthetic)
